About the Founder and Author:

Cienna Etienne is a teenager who has used her creativity to help her cope with the medical challenges she has faced.  She has an appreciation for the arts and has learned how to cultivate her artistic skills and blend them with creativity to help improve her mood when faced with stress.  Her interests in art and creative writing have led her to do activities that helped her feel better emotionally when overwhelmed with anxiety.  Classes in art and creative writing helped to cultivate her artistic abilities and hone her skills.  Her talent is shown by the thoughtful way she used reflection and artistic activities in an effort to evoke creativity in her art journal. It is comprised of a compilation of activities that helped her express her feelings when faced with adversity and is being shared with the hope that some of these activities will help others the way that they have helped her.
